Manal Al-Ansi, MAT, Esq. is an elementary school teacher turned attorney and senior level executive in P-12 education, who now works with leaders and experts internationally to transform education as we know it.

As a distinguished executive consultant and thought leader in education and workforce development, renowned for her strategic vision and dedication to advancing equity-centered practices, she brings to you the global bi-annual conference DIASPORA DISTRICT.

As the founder and CEO of Diaspora District, Manal spearheads a transformative initiative that bridges the gap between education and industry, providing a global bi-annual conference platform where leaders from across sectors build coalitions and collaborations to reimagine pathways from the classroom to the workforce.

With over a decade of experience guiding leaders at the highest levels of government and crafting impactful policies, Manal brings expertise in systems analysis, strategic development, and organizational growth. Her work is deeply informed by her background as a barred attorney and educator, equipping her to address complex challenges at the intersection of law, education, and workforce development.

Manal supports a network of influential experts and leaders across industries to reshape education and workforce development.
